About the Schlitz Mansion

Completed in 1890, this mansion was built for Victor Schlitz, the nephew of Joseph Schlitz, founder of the Schlitz brewery. The Queen Ann home was designed by architect Charles A. Gombert , known for his design of the North Point Water Tower on Milwaukee’s east side.
