310W is downtown Milwaukee’s landmark modern glass office tower on West Wisconsin Avenue. The 14-story cobalt blue building, owned by Time Equities, Inc., is in the midst of multi-million dollar upgrades and building enhancements including: new atrium finishes, a skylight, upgraded elevators, a WiFi lounge, elevator lobby, fitness center, communal game area and more.

Completed in 1983, 310W was designed by the Chicago firm of Perkins + Will under the direction of noted lead designer Voy Madeyski. The Polish-born artist and architect studied in Warsaw and was influenced by 20th century architects including modernists Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier.

Photo contest:
The 14 story atrium and skylight create stunning geometric patterns that creates the perfect backdrop from the Wifi lounge for a stunning photo. Take a selfie in the atrium, tag yourself in building photos with #310W and #doorsopenmke and you’ll be entered to win a $200 gift certificate to The Capital Grille and a chance to take a selfie in the all white 310W Ball Pit.
