The newly renovated events venue was constructed in 1916. It has a beautiful roof line and all brick construction – the owners plan to fix some of the old bell tiles on the roof from a company who has collected old ones over the years. The building was previously home to a hair salon. The current owners added a bathroom and hallway to the basement to get it up to code for a performance license, liquor license and occupancy. With a capacity of 49, this is an intimate venue for many performances and visual arts events. The space also caters to personal life events such as weddings, grad parties, showers and birthday parties.
