GRAEF

GRAEF is a multi-discipline, engineering, planning, and design firm dedicated to serving public and private clients throughout the United States. In 1961, GRAEF began as an individual partnership structural engineering firm in Milwaukee, and today GRAEF is nationwide firm with 270 employees in eight offices. In 2020, GRAEF moved its corporate headquarters to The Avenue – the former Grand Avenue Mall. GRAEF was the first new tenant to move into the former mall’s west arcade, which is being converted into offices and a first-floor food hall. In the former days of the Grand Avenue Mall in 1982, GRAEF was part of the project team that revitalized the shopping mall. The history of the location is special and having the opportunity to play a key role in reinventing not only the building, but the neighborhood, is a great honor. GRAEF occupies 37,500 square feet in The Avenue.
