This tour will visit the northeast quarter of the Upper East Side, Milwaukee’s Gold Coast, the lyrical and legendary land of Lake Drive Mansions! The area developed between the 1890s and late 1920s and the tour will cover the area just north of our beloved North Point Mansions tour. Many of these grand “Period style” houses are built on double or triple lots and feature the work of Fred Graf, Leenhouts & Guthrie, Russell Barr Williamson and others.
