Online Order Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your online order, you may return/exchange the merchandise within 21 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Historic Milwaukee is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return merchandise. Historic Milwaukee will only accept returns that are in salable condition. Memberships and donations cannot be refunded.
If your order arrives is damaged or defective, please contact Historic Milwaukee within 21 days to resolve the issue.

In Person Pick-Up Policy
Historic Milwaukee requests that customers pick up their in person pick-up order within 7 business days. We have limited space for inventory and this helps out our staff. Orders that are not picked up within 7 business days will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. If you need to have your order shipped instead, please contact us and we will invoice you for shipping.
Tour Refund Policy
Tour tickets are non-refundable. All ticket confirmation emails contain a link to reschedule yourself to a new tour. If you need assistance rescheduling your tour, please call us at 414-277-7795 or email [email protected]
