About the Building

Built in 1998 by Mandel Group, this 110-unit building converted to condos in 2007. The site was vacant from the mid-1970s until the late 1990s as a part of the planned, but never built, Park East Freeway. The units feature one or two bedrooms and baths and have 9’ ceilings, gas fireplaces and private balconies. The site was previously the location of the Van Dyke mansion built in 1880.

On the tour: View a recently renovated condo and the courtyard with views of Lake Michigan.
