Italianate
This simple Italianate cream city brick building was built in 1881 for the Ricker, McCullough & Dixon Soap Co. In 1902, the building was purchased by the H. W. Johns-Manville Company, considered the largest manufacturer of steam pipe and boiler covering in the world at the time. The fifth floor penthouse was added by the Manville Covering Company. The loft style units retain a number of original features including cream city brick and timber beams.
