All the keys were found!
To celebrate 15 years, 15 keys will be hidden at three different Milwaukee Parks throughout the city (a total of 45 keys!). To find your key, follow along for clues on Historic Milwaukee's Facebook and Instagram pages. We will share drone footage of locations as hints.
How to participate - On Sat Sept 13, beginning at 9 am:
- Visit one of the participating parks: Red Arrow, Mitchell Park, Davidson Park
- All keys will be hidden outside throughout the parks
- Look for your vintage skeleton key
- Skeleton keys are attached to a wooden Doors Open tag
- The Tag notes a Doors Open prize you may redeem at the Historic Milwaukee store.
- 15 keys will be hidden in each park - a total of 45 keys.
- Keys will remain out until they are found!
- Prizes are limited to 1 key per person
When you find a key, to redeem a prize:
- Post a photo of the key, feel free to take a selfie, in the park and post to social media, tag, @historicmilwaukee and @doorsopenmilwaukee
- Key prizes must be redeemed in-person at the Historic Milwaukee store: 235 E Michigan St during store hours by Sept 26 at 4 pm.

Other prizes include:

- ONE key per park: $15 gift card to the Historic Milwaukee store
