More about the activity booklet artist Francesca Mason:
Francesca Mason grew up in the midwest and makes work in the beautiful city of Milwaukee. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking from The Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) in 2012. She has also received her Masters of Professional Studies degree from The Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in UX Design in 2022.
Currently she works as a freelance illustrator and Assistant Professor at Mount Mary University where she teaches user experience and graphic design. Francesca also participates in art markets and sells her illustrative merchandise at local shops.
Francesca’s goal with her art making is to bring delight and connection to her audience. Often depicting things she loves (food, animals, plants, people) with emotional undertones that explore concepts of vulnerability, identity, and personal growth. In her spare time she likes to go thrift shopping, play with her dogs, and explore new places.
