Join artist, historian and teacher, Ben Tyjeski, for a walk about architectural terra cotta and tile. He will take you through the East Side, sharing his loved for fired earth, as he points out the architectural ceramics decorating warehouses, businesses and apartment buildings from the 1920s and 1930s. Many of these structures are the best works from Martin Tullgren & Sons, including the Bertelson Building and the Milwaukee-Western Fuel Company office.
