Celebrate the holiday season at the Wisconsin Club with Historic Milwaukee!
Guests will enjoy holiday décor, a meal and desert, and a talk about interior design of the 1870s and 1880s with Julia Griffith, Historic Milwaukee Program Director.
About the Program: While the exterior of the Wisconsin Club is a familiar landmark for many Milwaukee residents, the interior is a bit more mysterious. Julia Griffith will explore the original single-family house as well as the transition to a private club. Learn more about interior design of the 1870s and 1880s and some of the early designers, including Francis A. Lydston while taking in the club’s holiday decorations.
