All orders are shipped via USPS and we typically mail out orders within 3 days. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number from Pitney Bowes (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery.
Website stock is subject to availability. If any items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified via email with the option to get a refund or receive an estimate when your order will be ready to ship.
Unexpected holiday shipping delays are out of our control. To ensure you receive your items on time, we recommend ordering in early December or visiting our store in person at 235 E Michigan St., Milwaukee, WI 53202. You can call us at 414-277-7795 to add expedited shipping to your order for an additional charge.
Online Order Exchange Policy
We do not accept merchandise returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Historic Milwaukee within 21 days to resolve the issue. You may exchange the merchandise within 21 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Historic Milwaukee is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return merchandise. Memberships and donations cannot be refunded.

In Person Pick-Up Policy
Historic Milwaukee requests that customers pick up their in person pick-up order within 7 business days. We have limited space for inventory and this helps out our staff. Orders that are not picked up within 7 business days will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. If you need to have your order shipped instead, please contact us and we will invoice you for shipping.
