Valley View Commons

Built in 1928, this industrial building was home to the Metal Spraying Corporation, a second-generation Milwaukee manufacturer that specialized in applying ceramic and tungsten carbide coatings to steel components used in industries ranging from brewing to nuclear energy. Operating here until the 1980s, the company helped make Milwaukee a leader in advanced manufacturing. Today, the 15,000-square-foot building has been reimagined as flexible commercial space while retaining its industrial character, including Cream City brick walls, an overhead drive-in door, and views of the Menomonee River and Three Bridges Park.
