Building Description
What’s Dandy? Milwaukee’s only vintage store / event venue…probably. It’s also our last names (Day + Anderson). But it used to be a heating company and garage, established in 1921. Since acquiring the building in 2017, we have continued preserve and respectfully update the property back into relevance through the businesses. Sometimes it’s a store, sometimes it’s an event venue, sometimes it’s both.
Visitor Experience
We will be participating during regular store hours, but are available to share what we’ve learned over the years, in addition to what we’ve done to preserve the property. We also have a bar, so that doesn’t hurt.
