A brief tour and history of the building along with a glimpse of the company's environmentally friendly initiatives. Enjoy a tasting pour on the house while you tour!

Building/Site Info:
The building was built in 1904 as the first delivery grocery service in Milwaukee, then a book bindery, and now almost 100 years later is a brewery! You’ll see original cream city brick and nods to the past, along with repurposed wood and dedication of their eco conscious green initiative.
Doors Open weekend experience:
Get a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery and taproom, hear all about their new system, and learn about what makes the space unique with their green initiative featuring a bioswale full of native Wisconsin plants and greenery. You’ll get to take this tour while enjoying a free mini pour of beer or soda (you pick)! If you take a tour on Saturday, you’ll also get to experience the Flock Party (Anniversary Party) featuring local food trucks, delicious treats, and special beer release!
**Tours will be every 30 minutes beginning at 12:00**
