Video Tour

This building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin was used as North American headquarters for Johnson Controls' Building Technology & Solutions business.

The original building, constructed in 1902-1903, was designed by Herman J. Esser and was the first of its kind in Milwaukee to use the Ransome system of reinforced concrete construction. Subsequent additions were built in the 1920s, 1940s, 1950s, and the late 1990s.

Visitors will be able to view the lobby and historical artifacts.
