Built approximately on 1928, historically housed, a real estate agency on the ground floor, with a dental office located on the upper level. The building is part of the historic Fond du Lac Avenue commercial corridor, a long-standing business district that has served Milwaukee’s northwest side for nearly a century. Like many buildings along the corridor, it has evolved from traditional neighborhood commercial uses into a modern community asset.

Significant Architectural Features:
Original bank vault door (a large steel vault door remains in the building, reflecting an earlier banking or secure financial use). Historic two-story neighborhood commercial building dating to the late 1920s, with large storefront windows and prominent street-facing commercial entrance. Mixed-use design with commercial space on the first floor and professional offices on the second floor. Original masonry construction characteristic of early 20th-century Milwaukee commercial architecture.

Community Significance Today: The building has been adaptively reused as a technology and innovation hub, providing space for STEM education, AI training, entrepreneurship programming, workforce development, community events, and partnerships that expand access to technology careers and opportunities for Milwaukee residents.
