Building Description
This historic building was once home to the Louis Allis Specialty Motors Company, but today it houses a bootstrapped indoor farm that grows microgreens year-round. Founded by local farm CSA members who were inspired to start growing food for the community, they built this farm with their own hands and mind. So, lettuce show you what we’re all about!
Visitor Experience
We will give tours of our growing space, showing you how microgreens are grown from start to finish – from seed to on your plate! You can purchase microgreens take-home growing kits as well as fresh microgreens here too!
