Milwaukee PBS is celebrating its 65th Anniversary. It began on October 28, 1957 with just a few hours of programming each day. Today Milwaukee PBS is on air 24 hours a day and has two main channels, Milwaukee PBS 10.1 and 36.1 as well as three digital channels 10.2 – Create, 10.3 – Milwaukee PBS KIDS and 36.2 – World. It produces four locally-broadcast programs: 10thirtysix™, Adelante, Black Nouveau and The Arts Page. Digital-first local programs include My Wisconsin Backyard and Rhythm Café MKE. Milwaukee PBS also offers exciting national programs like Masterpiece, NOVA, American Experience, and Finding Your Roots just to name a few.
Milwaukee PBS KIDS provides trusted, educational and inspirational resources for young children, helping them learn lessons that last a lifetime. Families can watch programming on Milwaukee PBS 10.1, 36.1 and 10.3. They can also watch with the PBS KIDS APP or watch the PBS KIDS YouTube Channel anytime. In addition, PBS KIDS offers games and other activities to keep children engaged in learning.
