Pink Umbrella Theater Company

1104 W Historic Mitchell St is newly owned by Pink Umbrella Theater Company– a local theater company that focuses on creating a platform for disabled artists to produce original works. This building has lovely wooden store-front windows and doors, but what we’re really excited about is our partnership with Quorum Architects to work on construction on 2027 to turn this building into a state-of-the art, fully accessible & flexible theater space with community spaces to meet & work, classrooms for lessons, a sensory room, and even a kitchen and shower on site. Come see the lovely PATH (Pink’s Accessible Theater House) in its “before” state, so that when you visit it at future Door’s Open Weekends, you can experience the full effect of the “after.”
