Pritzlaff Building

The Pritzlaff complex consists of 6 buildings constructed between 1875 and 1920. The first buildings were designed and built b John Rugee, then the third building was designed by Ferry & Clas. After sitting mostly vacant for over 40 years, the building full renovation was completed in 2018, as a mixed use building featuring 2 Event Hall, 3 restaurants, 50,000sf of offices, 100 apartments and a 300 car parking structure.
