What was originally used as a barn and stables for horses that pulled delivery wagons for the former William Steinmeyer Co., wholesale and retail grocers of downtown Milwaukee, is now the home of Retailworks, Inc./LMF Group, a commercial interior design/display/branding firm.

This historic and beautifully maintained cream city building, built in 1893, was also the site of Dillon Bindery from the 1930’s through to 2017, at which time Sid Grinker Restoration acquired it. Much of the buildings’ original architectural details and materials have been maintained, including exposed brick walls, wood ceilings and original hardwood floors. Wonderful vistas of downtown Milwaukee can be seen from the many windows which flood the space with an abundance of natural light. In early 2018, Retailworks, Inc./LMF group outfitted two of the three floors to meet their needs and moved in June 1st of that year.

Retailworks, Inc./LMF Group invite you to come tour almost 8000 square feet of space now occupied by this creative group. The first floor houses a creative lab for the display artists, and the second floor is home to interior designers and branding specialists. Group tours will be available. Come see where magic happens!
