Take a guided tour covering the history of the building and Stone Creek Coffee, a brief lesson on coffee and their sourcing model, and a look behind the scenes at the roaster and green coffee storage.
The Stone Creek Coffee Factory building is currently a café, bakery, office, and coffee roasting hub for its nine retail locations. It was erected in 1888 by a Chicago architectural company, Burnham and Root. This large, cream city brick building has housed numerous other businesses which will be covered during their 25-minute tours. Tours will include a small sample of coffee and will take place every hour on the hour from 10am until the final tour at 2p. Tours will be limited, and will be first-come-first-served. They will cover every level of the building, and attendees with learn about the building as well as coffee and its journey from Farm to Cup.
