Building Description
More than 700 UWM students make Cambridge Commons their home away from home, enjoying suite-style living, riverfront views and thoughtful gathering spaces. The dynamic residence hall, opened in 2010, features a modern, light filled layout along the Milwaukee River. Its blend of contemporary architecture, sustainable elements and a vibrant residential community makes it a popular choice for UWM students.
Visitor Experience
Visitors will enjoy a guided 15–20-minute tour led by University Housing staff, highlighting the building’s welcoming community spaces. Tours finish with a walkthrough of a furnished residence hall room, giving guests a firsthand sense of student living at Cambridge Commons.
