Building Description

UWM’s Office of Undergraduate Research is the central hub for the 1,000-plus research opportunities available to students, half of which are paid positions. UWM consistently ranks among the top 3% of research universities in the country, and the office coordinates with faculty across all fields and helps match students with projects they’re interested in. It also hosts the annual undergraduate research symposium, allowing some 250 students to share information about their work.

Visitor Experience

At the Office of Undergraduate Research setup in the newly renovated UWM Student Union, student researchers will have posters and displays showcasing their work. They’ll discuss their research with visitors and share its impact on the community.
