Welcome to the UWM Panther Arena, Milwaukee's original sports and entertainment arena!
The UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena is Milwaukee’s original sports and entertainment arena. Opened in 1950 as the Milwaukee Arena and later a part of the MECCA (Milwaukee Exposition & Convention Center and Arena), the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena was built for television and came of age with rock and roll. The original home of the Milwaukee Bucks is now home to the Milwaukee Admirals, Milwaukee Wave, UW-Milwaukee Panthers men’s basketball, and Brewcity Bruisers women’s roller derby and has been the site of concerts from many great performers from Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and Elvis Presley to Run DMC, Tupac Shakur, and The Jacksons. The UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena is currently open for private events: https://wcd.org/book-your-
