Building Description

This student-run maker space brings together student artists and community members to share ideas and create in multiple disciplines, including ceramics, screen-printing, fibers, metals and film photography. Located in the newly renovated UWM Student Union, it also hosts events, workshops and a new project of the week throughout the year.

Visitor Experience

Visitors can participate in a free button-making demonstration, join guided tours, or explore through a self-guided tour. Friendly staff are available to answer questions, and children under age 14 but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter the Craft Centre.
