Walker's Point Center for the Arts provides visitors a unique art experience and a glimpse into Milwaukee’s thriving art community.
Built as the M. Trock building in 1885 and purchased by WPCA in 2010, the beautiful two-story Cream City brick Arts & Crafts features a stunning sunburst gable and large paned storefront window. Previous occupants include light manufacturing, a candy shop, dentist office, daycare center, Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co., and Metropolitan Gallery. The building houses WPCA’s operation and programs, and includes a celebrated art gallery, theater, dance studio, art classroom, and offices.
WPCA’s non-juried Annual Members Show will be on view showcasing the artwork of the organization’s talented artist members. Over 100 pieces in a wide range of media are presented salon-style throughout the gallery, creating an exuberant display of color, texture, form, and flow.
