Enderis Park – Poster

The Enderis Park poster features a rendering of “the Magic Grove,” a playful metal sculpture installed in 2007 at the south end of the Enderis Playfield. Also seen in the poster is a small plaque quoting the area’s namesake, Dorothy Enderis: “At work we make a living. At leisure, we make a life.”

Based on her popular series of posters published by the City of Milwaukee in the 1980s, artist Jan Kotowicz has created eleven brand-new neighborhood posters in 2015 as part of John Gurda’s new book, Milwaukee: City of Neighborhoods.
