Leon’s Frozen Custard is a Milwaukee staple, and one of the very first custard stands to open in the city. It has been operating since 1942! I won’t debate which local custard joint is the best (Milwaukee has TONS of choices), but I can say from personal experience that Leon’s is delicious!
